The purpose of this email is to briefly introduce you to Ms. Josiane Lanoue, Business Development Manager, who will be your new point of contact with MX. Josiane will take on Mr. Marco Dominique's activities who left MX last December.

Josiane joined the Montréal Exchange in 2009 and is now a Business Development Manager. She started her career in the investment industry in 2007 at BMO InvestorLine where she was a Preferred Client Relationship Consultant managing high-net-worth accounts.

Josiane's role at MX is to develop the Canadian equity derivatives market. As such, she supervises retail clientele activities at both discount and full-service brokerage firms. Part of her work also includes creating educational initiatives (such as the Options Education Days) and strategic partnerships with discount brokerages. She also manages MX's University Outreach Program to reach out to the next generation of traders and investors.

Josiane has studied in Actuarial Mathematics at Concordia University and is pursuing the completion of a Bachelor Degree in Finance at the John Molson School of Business. During her time at BMO, she completed her accreditations to become a fully registered representative.
