Discover how it can affect both the profit and loss of your options positions and gain a better understanding of how changing implied volatility can affect the options price. This will be demonstrated through the concept of Vega, one of the Greeks. You will also be introduced to the generally expected behaviour of implied volatility in today's market and learn how to prepare yourself to take advantage of its changing levels. |

The Clock is Ticking!
MX Instructor Richard Croft As the clock counts down on the expiration of your options, time can be of the utmost importance in terms of their price. Traders sometimes make the wrong decision at exactly the wrong time. This session cuts through the mathematical jargon and gets to the heart of what is important to traders, specifically, finding an optimum point along the time line where the purchase or sale of an option maximizes the impact of time decay. Join Richard as he presents a macro outlook and demonstrates how to optimize the time value of your options. |
