Implementation of a New Procedure for the Transmission of Account Numbers Pertaining to Fee Programs

This advisory notice informs all relevant stakeholders of a new procedure for the provision of new account numbers associated with the PTP fee program. This change is being implemented to streamline our administrative processes and ensure greater security and accuracy in account management.

Effective Date and Scope

This new procedure is effective starting Jan 30, 2026. It applies to all changes to the PTP program. This new procedure is applicable to any new account numbers or any contract filled out.

New Procedure Details

To request participation in the programs, please use the Axis portal's "request support" feature with the following steps:

1. Access the Axis Portal and select the "request support" feature.
2. In the Category drop-down menu, choose Billing.
3. Provide the following details in the corresponding fields:
   • Fee program: PTP
   • Client of the program:
   • Account to be added: (if applicable)
   • Account to be removed: (if applicable)
   • New sponsorship: (Please upload the contact)

The account number for program enrollment requests must be entered through this process. The form for new sponsorship is available on the Bourse's website .
