Upcoming January 2024 billing reports changes

Please note that a new billing system is being implemented. It will be used for the issuance of the billing reports for the month of January 2024. In that respect, please take note of the following impacts:

The reports will have a new naming convention, per below:

Document Naming convention - current Naming convention - new for 2024
Invoice XXXXXX(invoice number)_XXXXXX(client number) MXINVXXXXXXXXXXXXXX(invoice number starting with MXINV followed by up to 14 alphanumeric characters) YYYY-MM-DD(date invoice was generated).pdf
MX Reconciliation Report User Guide MX Reconciliation file User Guide 2.1.pdf MX Reconciliation Report User Guide 3.0.pdf
Reconciliation report - details XXXXXX(client number)_YYYYYMM_Reconciliation_file.csv MX_XXXXXX(client number)_YYYYMM(year and month of invoiced transactions)_ReconciliationReportDetails.csv
Reconciliation report - summary (new in 2024) MX_XXXXXX_YYYYMM_ReconciliationReportSummary.csv
Fees summary by client and product XXXXXX_YYYYMM_Invoice_details_fees.pdf MX_XXXXXX_YYYYMM_Invoice_details_fees.pdf

The Reconciliation report will be enriched with new fields. Changes are documented in "MX Reconciliation Report User Guide_January 2024 update" available in SFTP Billing servers. January reconciliation report will also be available in the former (existing) format, on demand.

A summary version of the reconciliation report "ReconciliationReportSummary" is added in 2024. Compared to the detailed version "ReconciliationReportDetails", the summary report contains a limited number of columns and the data is aggregated, therefore the file size is much smaller, enabling easy reading using an Excel or Google sheet type of tabulator.
