TMX Datalinx New Ultra 10G Offering

Bourse de Montréal Inc. (the "Bourse") is pleased to announce TMX Datalinx's proposed introduction of a new ultra‑low‑latency 10 Gigabit ("Gb") co‑location network connectivity option at our co‑location facilities and related fee changes (the "TMX Ultrα 10Gb Connectivity").

The TMX Ultrα 10Gb Connectivity is a new, optional ultra‑low‑latency service for co‑location clients, which aims to provide optimized access to SAIL and FIX Order Entry, as well as HSVF and OBF Multicast Market Data Feeds. This new offering is designed to meet the growing client demand for reduced latency and to continually improve trading performance for Canadian capital market participants.

TMX Datalinx intends to implement the TMX Ultrα 10Gb Connectivity at the Bourse on November 10, 2025, subject to the completion of the regulatory process.
